Mom and Baby: Bond with your babe among a community of new moms

Mom and Baby yoga is a joyful, supportive class for new moms and their babies.

Bond with your babe while creating a community with other new moms.

This yoga series is a gentle re-introduction to yoga and movement with your little one as you regain strength and flexibility after giving birth.

Emphasis will be on posture, core strength / pelvic floor, as well as breathing techniques and meditation to decrease stress and tension.

This class is open to pre-crawling babes, and moms that are four weeks post delivery or six weeks post Caesarean with a doctor or midwife’s clearance.
