8-Week Pilates: Develop Strength and Flexibility

Pilates is a fun way to build strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility. The focus on core strength can help alleviate discomfort in the back, as well as overall posture and alignment.

Pilates connects you with your body and helps you be better coordinated and mindful in your movements. This is a light-hearted, enthusiastic and progressive class for all levels of fitness – modifications are welcome and demonstrated. Strengthening and toning the core muscles is important in all physical activities. Come and see what the excitement is all about!
